We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all major components and a 6-month warranty on the battery. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage from misuse or accidents.
Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Are Gyroor products UL certified for safety?
