At Gyroor, we stand behind the quality of our electric scooters and hoverboards, offering a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, sellable condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Gyroor product in its original box, including all chargers, manuals, and accessories to avoid any restocking fees or damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
